چکیده
KardiĂĄlne poĹĄkodenie pri zĂĄvaĹžnej aortĂĄlnej stenĂłze (AS) nie je limitovanĂŠ na aortĂĄlnu chlopĹu a ÄžavĂş komoru, ale ide o systĂŠmovĂŠ ochorenie charakterizovanĂŠ vĂ˝znamnou alterĂĄciou ĹĄtruktĂşry funkcie srdca. Preto bola navrhnutĂĄ novĂĄ klasifikĂĄcia ĹĄtĂĄdiĂ AS zĂĄklade stupĹa postihnutia myokardu. VĂ˝znamnĂŠ mnoĹžstvo pacientov s mĂĄ dysfunkciu pravej komory, Äo pravdepodobne spĂ´sobenĂŠ komorovou interdependenciou. PreukĂĄzal sa vzĹĽah medzi dysfunkciou komory zvýťenou mortalitou u symptomatickĂ˝ch aj asymptomatickĂ˝ch so zĂĄvaĹžnou AS. TĂto pacienti by mohli viac profitovaĹĽ z intervenÄnĂŠho vĂ˝konu. Ĺ tandardizovanĂŠ echokardiografickĂŠ vyĹĄetrenie aortĂĄlnou stenĂłzou teda malo zahĹĹaĹĽ detailnĂş analĂ˝zu komory.
